Welcome to Samomo. By accessing or purchasing from our store you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully before placing an order.
1. ABOUT OUR PRODUCTS
All products sold in our store are custom made fan art collectibles. They are independently created and are not official products of Nintendo, The Pokemon Company, Konami, Bandai, or any other franchise holder. Our cards are original fan art pieces inspired by trading card game artwork and are clearly described as such in every listing.
By purchasing from us you confirm that you understand and accept that our products are fan art collectibles and not authentic licensed trading cards.
2. MADE TO ORDER
Every order is produced individually after purchase. Because of this please allow 2 to 3 weeks for production and delivery. We do not hold pre-made inventory. Your order goes into production as soon as payment is confirmed.
3. PAYMENTS
We accept all major payment methods available through our checkout. All prices are listed in USD. Payment is collected in full at the time of purchase. By completing checkout you authorize the full charge for your order.
4. SHIPPING
We ship worldwide. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and customs processing times. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, local postal services, or circumstances outside our control.
Once your order has been dispatched you will receive a tracking number by email. If your tracking shows no movement for more than 15 days please contact us and we will investigate immediately.
5. RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Please refer to our Returns and Refunds Policy for full details. In summary, all custom orders are final sale unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect. We will always resolve genuine issues with a refund or replacement.
6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All fan art designs sold in our store are created independently. We do not claim ownership of any franchise characters, names, or trademarks referenced in product descriptions for identification purposes only. Our store operates within the fan art and collectibles community and does not intend to deceive consumers or misrepresent products as official merchandise.
7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Samomo is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the purchase or use of our products. Our total liability in any matter is limited to the amount paid for the specific order in question.
We are not responsible for how products are used after delivery.
8. ACCURACY OF INFORMATION
We do our best to ensure all product descriptions, images, and pricing are accurate at the time of listing. Colors and details may vary slightly between the product image and the finished item due to the custom production process. If you have any questions about a specific product before purchasing please contact us and we will be happy to help.
9. PRIVACY
We collect only the information necessary to process and fulfill your order. We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties outside of what is required for order fulfillment and shipping. For full details please refer to our Privacy Policy.
10. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our store after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
