PROCESSING AND PRODUCTION TIME
Because every order is custom made specifically for you, please allow 2 to 3 weeks from the date of purchase for your order to be produced and dispatched. This is not a standard retail store. Each card is made to order which means production begins as soon as your payment is confirmed.
We appreciate your patience and promise it is worth the wait.
SHIPPING TIMEFRAMES
Once your order has been dispatched, estimated delivery times are as follows:

Please note these are estimates only and not guarantees. Delivery times can vary depending on your local postal service, customs processing, and seasonal demand.
TRACKING
Once your order has been dispatched you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can use this to monitor your delivery at any time.
If your tracking number shows no movement for more than 15 consecutive days after dispatch please contact us and we will look into it immediately.
CUSTOMS AND IMPORT DUTIES
International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes applied by your country upon arrival. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in our product or shipping prices.
We have no control over customs processing times or fees. If you are unsure about your country's import policies we recommend checking with your local customs office before placing an order.
LOST OR MISSING ORDERS
If your order has not arrived within 45 days of your purchase date please contact us right away. We will investigate with the shipping carrier and work to resolve the situation as quickly as possible with either a replacement or a full refund.
We are not responsible for orders lost due to an incorrect shipping address provided at checkout. Please double check your delivery details before completing your purchase.
DAMAGED ORDERS
If your order arrives damaged please take a clear photo of the item and packaging and contact us within 7 days of receiving it. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund with no hassle.
ADDRESS CHANGES
If you need to change your shipping address after placing an order please contact us immediately at gojogochu@gmail.com. We will do our best to update it before the order goes into production. Once an order has been dispatched we are unable to redirect it.
COMBINED SHIPPING
If you are ordering multiple items we automatically combine them into one shipment where possible to keep things simple and reduce packaging waste.
