RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY
At Samomo, every order is custom made specifically for you. Because of the made to order nature of our products, we have a few simple guidelines to make sure everything is fair for both sides.
ALL SALES ARE FINAL ON CUSTOM ORDERS
Since each card is produced individually after your order is placed, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for orders where the correct item was delivered as described.
We ask that you read the full product description carefully before purchasing, including the estimated delivery window of 2 to 3 weeks.
WHEN WE WILL ISSUE A FULL REFUND
We will always make it right if any of the following apply to your order:
- Your item arrives visibly damaged or defective
- You received the wrong item
- Your order does not arrive within 45 days of purchase
If any of these apply, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and we will resolve it immediately with either a full refund or a free replacement, whichever you prefer.

Email us at gojogochu@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item if applicable. We respond to all messages within 24 to 48 hours.
PLEASE NOTE
All of our products are custom fan art collectibles and are not official Pokemon or any other franchise products. Please ensure you are comfortable with this before purchasing. We are transparent about this in every listing and do not accept refunds based on this reason alone after purchase.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary slightly due to production schedules. If your order is running late we will always communicate with you proactively.
